
It goes without saying that the first step
in creating any product is conducting
interviews with its stakeholders. This is
where a document known as the PRD
comes into play. (Product Requirements Document) outlines the minimum
expectations of both the client and the
users, reminds us of the rules and responsibilities, and breaks the work
into clear, manageable parts.
It enables us to approach the product
creation process from various angles
and methodologies, as if the product
already exists in concept.
